Uganda birding Paradise starts with birders flying in at Entebbe international airport where they are met and transferred to their booked hotel for refreshment depending on time of arrival have an introductory birding at the Botanical gardens O/N Nyange Resort/ Airport view/African Root Guest house. GO 2: Mabamba Wetland, Mabamba Surroundings,
Birding Mabamba swamp, leave Entebbe hotel early morning and cross by ferry from Nakiwogo to Kayanja and from the ferry straight drive to Mabamba wetland bay to watch birds for 2-3 hours, using dugout canoes explore the wetland in search for swamp species and later bird around the visitor centre. Birding along the main road and Northern circuit offers you lots of opportunities to see raptors. Check in at a tented camp/Hotel or safari lodge for two nights stay and use your afternoon to bird Buhoma surroundings.
